If you are someone returning to the UK and want to rent, do not use this company. They are using a credit check company that will only accept UK bank account records. They are not interested in proof of income, bank statements from other banks etc. They don't even say why. They will ask you to provide a guarantor or the full 12 months rent up-front. Knights also took a deposit before this insufficient credit check, so I lost my money. I will never use this company again, I will be purchasing my next home with another agent in the area. The whole experience was very stressful and bureaucratical

The best decision I've made.
Honestly, I'm still surprised at how seamless the whole process was. Since handing the keys over to Ross, I've just sat back and received the (positive) updates.
He took care of the security certificates, pricing, and ultimately - finding the perfect tenant. Within a week.
Would 100% recommend and plan on using Ross/Knight's for future properties!

Highly recommend Knights who even with the obstacles that Covid introduced, they still managed to record a virtual tour of our property & then found a perfect tenant almost immediately. The team were professional throughout & we know we have placed our property in the right hands.

We used services of Knights Estate Agents to rent out our house when we moved to Norway.
Ross and Phillipa have been thoroughly professional, extremely helpful and very honest though out the whole process.
Knights arranged for all the legalities and certifications for us since we are out of the country so all is sorted.
The communication has been top notch.

They have proved to be just as good when they sold the same property achieving a good price in a short period of time. Mark, Ross and Phillipa are very professional and passionate about their work. I find it easy to talk to them and they are good in solving issues and offering reassurance. They have a very good knowledge of the local market and have given me good advice. A very professional and well managed local lettings agency. Have received excellent service and advice at every stage of the letting process. They found a tenant for my property within 2 days of it being advertised at the asking price.
Their documentation is clear and concise and their attention to detail excellent.
Rental payments are made on time and error free. Have also been flexible over the timing of commission payments.

The service from Ross at Knights has been excellent. We previously used another agent for another property and the lack of efficiency and communication prompted us to contact Knights. Ross responded quickly and rented out our house at full asking price within 2 weeks. The fees are very competitive and we have no hesitation in recommending Knights to other Landlords.
