Paul joined Faradays as an experienced Electrician in 2000, with a background in the automotive and commercial industries. Paul was introduced to the Petroleum industry and his ability to successfully & efficiently deliver numerous projects simultaneously put him in good stead to become the Faradays' Operations Director and oversee the smooth running of Faradays limited.

Paul also oversees all works in explosive atmospheric environments including Petroleum, LPG, Bio-Methane, Dust installations, EV installations and ANPR systems. John joined Faradays as an experienced Electrician in 2002, working previously in the automotive industry at the Ford Transit plant in Southampton.

Faradays are dedicated in ensuring the highest level of Health & Safety is provided to our customers and our employees. Paul Johnson who leads our H&S initiative works closely with our independent Health & Safety specialist SOCOTEC, to oversee the Health & Safety from a project level right through to company's Health & Safety culture and trends.
Faradays Ltd have been undertaking the ongoing development of their EV department for over 3 years. Starting with the basic 13 amp domestic charging points in 2017 to developing and delivering the electrical design and implementation for the latest technology for the 170kW rapid charging points.

Faradays Ltd have an extensive knowledge and skill base for EV chargers across various networks in both the industrial sector and petrol filling stations where our experience is second to none with working with various manufacturers and different types of charging points.Faradays Ltd can carry out and complete all aspects of your EV charging point requirements.
Faradays are experienced and involved in planned maintenance incorporating planned shutdown events for several key clients. We understand the strategic planning involved and the level of detail required to successfully execute all our clients' requirements.

We also know with detailed planning there can still be unforeseen events and Faradays understand the key to keeping programmes on track is to be able adapt quickly and create solutions to any situation.Faradays currently carry out reactive maintenance for several key clients across the south of England.
Faradays have been involved with Industrial sector projects for over three decades and understand the standard of installation required to last in an ever evolving and high impact environment. Faradays currently undertake and deliver M&E works from maintenance/small works to +300K projects with industry leading clients.
Faradays worked closely with local authorities, large retail outlets and Facilities Management companies within the Commercial, Public & Private sectors for many years. Having built strong ongoing relationships in these fields, Faradays are confident in delivering projects to the highest industry standards and to meet client expectations.
