An amazing place to eat, drink and watch the world go by. The location is amazing, just by the railway station in the centre of town. There is a stylish two level indoor area, a wonderful summer terrace on the roof and a street side service area akin to any cafe/bar you can find from Rome to Mexico. Being in Lancashire there are heaters to make everyone comfortable too.

Great food, love the menu, great service and a nice location. Unfortunately payment system is poor. Have to pay for everything in advance a'la Wetherspoons sticky carpet style. Not so bad at the start but when i need a J20 for my daughter or a pint halfway through eating you have to mess about with the card machine again. Won't even take the card behind the bar to make a tab. Allegedly covid restaurant policy but how is multiple transactions covid friendly? I felt like they thought i would run off without paying. 4 out of 5. Lose one star for the payment policy. If the management sort that it is

Friendly welcoming staff, good sized menu with lots of choices.
Had a good meal and catch up with old friends and at no time felt pressured.

Great place with excellent service. Sat outside in the sun, waitresses seemed to be at the tables at the perfect times. Good choice of food and drinks. Couldn't fault the places we all visited on our trip to Clitheroe.

Staff were very friendly & pleasant service. Food was reasonably priced. Unfortunately the food at the time wasn’t the best quality, the fries were swapped as they tasted greasy. The chicken sandwich wasn’t paid for as the chicken was rubbery, overcooked and had a lot of sinues(the bloody red chunky bits of lower quality Breast). The sausage and cheese sandwich was nice, maybe just a little less cheese, never thought I would complain about cheese but it’s the largest wedge I’ve ever seen. The drinks were reasonably priced. We did have an issue with the bill at the end, mainly due to us

Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the red haired chap meeting and greeting you (Saturday). Lovely to sit outside under the canopy if sunny or inside if wet. Seating also available on the upstairs balcony. Good selection of snack type food ie. Brie, fig and red onion on ciabatta with balsamic vinegar and rocket dressing
