Each week, we offer 7 indoor yoga classes in Valley, Aberffraw and Holyhead, plus 10 live-stream virtual yoga classes on Zoom with Claire, Adrian, Elen, Lowri and Lucy. Attend regularly and you'll become stronger and more supple, and reduce your stress and anxiety. The best way to grow your healthy yoga habit is to commit to doing yoga at least once or twice a week.

Services
Scroll down and book in for your class below, whether you are joining us in person or virtually via Zoom. You can either pay per class, or support us by becoming an "All the Yogas" monthly subscriber, which means you can join any or all of the live-stream classes and also one face to face class a week if you're local.
Once a month we share a two hour workshop to help you deepen your yoga practice, and sometimes there are other pop up practices and events on too. These are usually free to "All the Yogas" monthly subscribers, or for a reduced price in the case of retreat days and international guest teacher workshops.
If group yoga classes don't work for you due to timings or if you want support working with specific issues or goals, one to one lessons are the way to go. We have a limited number of slots for private yoga lessons where we can focus on improving your health, wellness, longevity and relationship to stress.
