The service I have received from Annette and the rest of the team has been exemplary. Annette is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She has an excellent eye for detail and sees the bigger picture. This is the third accountancy firm I have used for my business in the last 15 years but the first to realise that my services are actually exempt from VAT and therefore has literally saved me thousands of pounds! This accountants who you probably won’t meet face to face , will get your name wrong , your occupation wrong claim for naff all ! and not even give you chance to pay for their services (what they didn’t provide to even a decent standard) before they have debt recovery on your case all for a measly £90! Stay well clear is all I will say !
