Established in 1994 by Edwin Faeh, Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) develops its own collections based on original Carhartt workwear. The brand combines authentic adaptations of these robust American archetypes, while engaging with the subcultures that have embraced it. This, in turn, has seen Carhartt WIP place itself in a new context and bring forth its own classics.

Absolutely shocking company. Purchased 2 pairs of boots, only 1 pair turned up, had abusive emails calling me a thief, a liar and a fraudster, all emails with laughing emojis!! Very professional… not! Eventually spoke to someone regarding the matter but still no communication forthcoming after I have proved that only one box was sent.. trading standards and police here I come

Untrustworthy. I ordered a pair of boots for 144€, that didn’t quite fit me, returned them, and followed the return until receiving a confirmation of receipt. After a few months i still had not received my money back and I complained. But by that time I didn’t have prove by DHL anymore and didn’t receive my money back. Or at the very least a small percentage returned. That’s how this company operates.

I had a TERRIBLE experience buying from the Foot Factory. Their return policy is self-serving and seems to be designed to work against the customer. The staff was unfriendly and the manager was conveniently never around when I needed to raise my complaint to higher authority. I am now at a loss of £50 for brand new shoes that I can't return. The shoe selection is quite poor by my opinion, and combined with the bad service? I will never purchase from here again. In all honesty, I purchased shoes from the Foot Factory because I wanted to support small, local businesses in Belfast.. I guess this
