We can either work as the principal contractor or we can work in conjunction with nominated contractors or as a sub-contractor.
We can help plan your design alongside your specified architects and engineers to meet your requirements. If you do not have an architect specified at tender then we can help put you in contact with one. We can supply site managers or contract managers for long or short term contracts on a fee basis.

Services
We have in the past done full conversions of existing commercial properties into residential properties and can fully refurbish interiors to suit any of our client's needs. That also includes external renovations as well. We can work alongside architects hired by our clients or we have access to our own.
