DP Gears also provides an excellent plastic extruder service. For many years, we have worked hand-in-hand with the plastic industry, providing a high-class plastic extruder service on all types of models and units including; single, multi screw, co-extruders, and haul-off gear units. This process starts by feeding plastic material into the barrel of the extruder.
Our gear cutting and manufacturing services work in unison with our expert fitters and machinists. Our onsite gear cutting replacement machinery means we can offer a very fast turnaround, and we also have our onsite spider crane, meaning easy access to all those hard-to-reach areas. First class company to deal with. Very competitive prices. Had a new spur gear manufactured with a very quick turnaround from sending the old gear as a sample which was no longer available due to the age of the machine it came from. Will definitely use again if and when the need arises and highly recommend the first class workmanship.
