We are a small friendly business offering Motorcycle and Scooter Sales, Servicing, Repairs, MOT's, Tyres.
With over 30 years experience and 2 previous bike shops under his belt Ken has now decided to set up Cooperized Dyno and Service Centre close to his home in Feltham bringing an in-house dyno and engine rebuild facility the only one in the area, to list the previous work Ken has been involved in is just too long including Workshop Foreman for 5 years at Honda Chiswick and Engine building and Tuning for two drag racers Tony Clark and Liz McCarthy.

Bought a ktm which had recently been serviced by them with a bill for £1050.
This included carb stripped, not done
Exhaust gasket leaking, not done
Electrical fault, not done
Basically most of the work receipt can be disregarded and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone!
In response to your reply....
Firstly the person who owned it before me paid you to do the work, which clearly you did not do properly! The carb jet was nackered despite a receipt showing it was replaced, the exhaust header gasket was leaking, again on the receipt as done!
As for the year sat idle it was less than

Been serve by Lee. Becarefull with them as they'll tell you the wrong price just for get the money. I had a full service and break pad change. They did give me the price for it. Then on that day after done my service they asking me £44 extra + they didn't gave me the break pad I wanted. They gave cheaper one. And didn't get my air filter as well as they said they'll get it for me. I made appointments with them more than 2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks if I don't get what I want ( if they can't find or can't get it they should let me know before)and if the owner of the shop told me the price they'll

Took my Address 110 in for a safety recall today. Borrowed a demonstrator to get to an appointment. Had the KTM 890, which was a bit different to the 110!!
I am now preparing a business case for the other half as to why I ‘need’ the 890!
As usual, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful....thank you for a 5* service.

I was looking for a local motorcycle workshop that could carry out the work on the motorbikes that I decided to try and buy and sell during the lockdown to cure my Cabin Fever.
I was very pleased with the first job.The bike I had (Gixer 750 srad)had been stored very badly for several years.Sealant had been put in the tank Without the fuel pump being removed that caused various issues. It could have easily have came to Silly money since one issue was found after another because of poor workmanship by the previous owner. I was worried that I would lose money on my initial sale!
Although these guys

Very poor customer service. I called to buy a temperature switch.
The female that answered the phone was not polite at all. She kept putting me on hold without warning and finally after 10mins of waiting told me to search elsewhere. I asked if they can get the part for me and she said we would have to order it. I asked the price and delivery time and she told me about a week and couldn't tell me the price. Not only did I have to ask for every bit of information that she should of given me she was muttering so I asked her to please speak up. She hung up the phone. I called back and asked for her

Couldn’t stay silente after the stress they made go through…last week took my scooter with what apparently was a water pump issue and they said ok we’re going to have a look ( my scooter a piaggio cego 400cc..note not all dealers deals with all scooters as I was to Yamaha and they told me they couldn’t help me out with this issue as they didn’t deal with this kind of bike any away) I talked to the receptionist who seems to be a half mechanic and half seller or assessor still didn’t get to understand what he is as at the end he passed a quote which was nearly the bikes price and sim

Genuinely the best garage I’ve ever used.
Took my bike in for a service and got to have a chat with the lads there, and even spent some time chatting to the mechanic who serviced it who gave me some great advice. Despite the fact they were closing, never felt I was being rushed out the door.
Bike broke down on the way home (unrelated to the service! Fuel gauge seems to have had a moment and the bike ran out of fuel). Well the boss came out to help, after hours, in the rain and even sorted out some fuel to get me to a petrol station.
Massively grateful to these guys and you’ve honestly made

Brought my bike in for an emergency fix a while back after a pothole that the government created damaged my motorbike oil cooler, high quality service with a fix service time given how quickly and urgently I needed it fixed (I was going away on it within a few days) - They got me back on the road and fixed a bunch of other stuff on the bike as… well. Couldn't have been more impressed with the quality level of service.
I forgot to write a review about them afterwards so I'm writing it now, if I ever need any work done I'll be coming straight to these guys as they appreciate bikes and have

Great outfit! Friendly, truly professional, highly expert. They collected my very forlorn Moto Guzzi Stelvio, which wouldn't start after being left in my shed 2 years. The team stripped out the electrics, replaced corroded and damaged items, checked over the headlights which now work, fixed & lubed brakes front and back, lubed suspension, checked… all the liquids, gave it an MOT and delivered it back. Billed 5.5 hours. Now that, I can tell you from deep experience, is a really fair price. Thank you Chris and Co.. I'll be round for the coffee in a couple of days :)
