This was my second visit In 10 days (70 mile round trip), this time to collect a sample, so I was a serious buyer. From my previous visit I had on Boston Heating Ltd headed paper a scribbled note “ 29m2 wood effect tiles £986 delivery £35.
As I was about to spend £1000+ I requested a more detailed quote. The guy serving me who I can only assume was the boss just blew his top, rude, patronising, argumentative. He could not see why on earth I needed a written quote and that I should place my trust with his company. When I pointed out that my scrap of paper made no reference to the tile range
