I took my motorbike to a nearest garage for service as I can't travel to my usual one any more because of COVID. My bike started to have a lot of problems the next day and I finally had to give up riding. The mechanic at the garage didn't have a clue how to fix it or even to replicate the issue. I contacted several places that might deal Triumph. I was recommended to contact TTT Motorcycles and I'm so happy I that I did! The mechanic has the same bike and he knows it inside out. I couldn't belive he fixed it and I'm so happy to be on my bike again. Thank you so much!

Just went in looking for an electric motorcycle or scooter, the sales man just sat there awkwardly. All the bikes in the shop were covered in dust and have tat thrown on top, boxes ect, this tells me they are not caring of their products. Not really the experience I was looking for today. The salesman had no idea about the bikes and just said he's had no training then went back to his computer? No help at all. Hasn't filled me with confidence. Went to the NIU electric scooter store just 2 minutes down the road. They were super helpful compared, made me feel welcome and I have now bought a NIU.

Awful service. They don't really seem to care about business.
Phoned up to ask for test rides on Mutt and Royal Enfield bikes. The guy on the phone said fine, so I made the 1 hour 30 minute journey to see them.
When I got there the guy said he was covering for the manager and couldn't let me out on any bikes and didn't know anything about the bikes. Wasted trip. He did say however, that he'd get the manager to call back that day.
He didn't.
I called them back to see if I could test ride a royal enfield on the following day. They said it's fine and all I needed was my bike pass certificate

Went to the shop to buy a helmet and ask for advice on buying a Royal Enfield in India, what common problems to expect with bikes and various other things. Found the guy to be pretty rude, basically directing me to the door and only interested to talk about the price of their bikes. I even asked for some advice about helmets but was again just fobbed off with prices.
It's a shame really, I read the great reviews and expected a friendly, maybe even insightful interaction with these guys. I was ready to part with my money, but after that experience I'll go elsewhere.

I've bought boots and an exhaust from them and the delivery has always been speedy. Andy has been very helpful in regards to the exhaust, an RE dealer around my area (West Midlands) couldn't fit the exhaust claiming it wasn't the right one so I sent it back to TTT Motorcycles which they had no problems with, Andy messaged me when it arrived and advised he tried it on his bike and it fitted fine and offered to send it me back if I wanted as they are discontinued, the exhaust arrived the next day and as Andy said it fitted no problem. I cannot fault the help and service Andy has provided. Thank you

Have used this guy a few times, but I've now decided to stop. Every time I go to get something done the guy (the one with long hair) is always quite rude - maybe he forgets that we are paying customers. Up to few days ago when I went to collect my bike after a little work was done. He refused to give me my bike back, he was abusive and insulting for no reason up to when he actually pushed me out of the shop threatening of calling the police. Hence my conclusion - that person is not right. No person should be treated like that and he shouldn't get any business.
