The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 requires that the Responsible Person is to carry out a "suitable and sufficient" assessment of the risks on the premises with the form the assessment takes depending on the type and size of the premises.
