A museum can be defined in various ways. It is an institution with trained professionals and experts, and provides essential services that help care for tangible objects, protect them, and exhibits them whenever necessary. Museums acquire and conserve materials which mean that it relies a lot on coolers, heaters, and boilers such as new combi boilers.
There are different types of museums. They include general, historical, art galleries, and science and technology museums, among others. Museums serve many different functions. One of the major purposes is conservation. The repair and restoration of materials often accompany this process. In addition, they take care of the storage and security needs of the items.

Was travelling home up North from our holiday in Skegness and decided to visit. So pleased we did a Hidden Gem!!!
Lots of lovely models which brought childhood memories flooding back.
Set out lovely and a massive scalelectric track which the owner showed us working.
Owner was a lovely friendly person. Very passionate about his models and rightly so!
Small cafe and toilets on site too.
If you love model cars (any age) “a must place to visit.”
You will not be disappointed!!!

Great place for enthusiasts and families. The collection is large and in great condition. You can tell the owner is passionate about the place. The cafe is clean, well presented and moderately priced. My only issue is the fact that once I paid for my drinks and time on the track, the owner held my change until we left. Why? I had no intention of trying to squeeze extra seconds without paying. This would've been difficult anyway as he sets a timer. Bad practice in my opinion.

We visited as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children age 11 and 9) and wow what a place, an absolute hidden gem!
The museum hosts an amazing collection and Chris was thoroughly engaging throughout.
An added bonus is the 50m of scalextric track that you can race around.
The pit stop cafe had a great selection of cakes and very reasonable prices.
We spent 2 hours here and all left with huge smiles on our faces, well worth a visit!
