It's always daunting going some where new - no need to feel this way when attending Fountain Dental Practice. Starting with a warm welcome, I felt very comfortable as a new patient to the practice. The surgery and waiting areas are very clean and all staff are following the necessary COVID-19 protocols. All my treatment options and costs were carefully discussed with me before we started. Lucy together with her nurse Luiza make a great team and were caring, professional and knowledgeable. Well done ladies and see you in 6 months!

A visit to the dentist is never at the top of one's list pleasurable activities, however, it is as good as it can be at The Fountain. Everyone there is always welcoming and pleasant. The dentist understands how you might be feeling and puts you at ease. I no longer have a dread of a visit to the dentist.

I have been a patient at the Fountains for 30 years. A happy friendly professional team, who have cared for my family consistently over the years. I now live out of London and do a round trip of 200 miles for my visits to the hygienist and dentist. The trust built up over time is very important to me for the ongoing care of my mouth. I find the practice a welcoming and calm environment, despite the current situation of restrictions both personally and clinically.
