Got charged £45 for a journey from Finn Lough to the boatyard gin distillery, the next day when we went on the same journey with a different can company it was £15 and he took a much more direct route. Will definitely avoid this company in future

I called at 6 PM to pre-order a taxi for 7:00 PM as I had a very important commitment at 7:15 PM. At 7 PM, there was no sign of the taxi. I called again at 7:05 PM and was told that the taxi was two minutes away. By 7:10 PM, still no one had showed up for me, so I rang again and was told the same thing. At 7:15, I was still waiting, already late for my appointment that I could not be late for. I rang at nearly 7:20 to say how unprofessional this service is - its not as if I booked immediately before my departure time, I booked ONE HOUR in advance, and the speaker on the other end of the phone rudely
