This is a family run company based in Portsmouth and has been for the last 12 years consequently the staff base is small and it has been affected massively by the ongoing issues caused by covid, it sadly is not an excuse but a realistic reality faced by many smaller businesses during this pandemic. Not only are logistics affected but it can cause customer service delays. As a family run business, the owner and staff members are incredibly passionate about offering the best service level possible regardless of limitations - all information is listed on the website and so are any postage delays.

If I could, I would give them ZERO starts. Placed an order on the 14th of December and the parcel still didn't leave their warehouse. I keep receiving automatic e-mails apologising for the delay, but no further information. Tried contacting them via e-mail many times to understand what's going on but never heard back, and when calling it just goes to a full inbox. The part that I'm still trying to buy is quite expensive, so I'm terribly disappointed and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Been over six months. Incomplete order was delivered by arrangement. Order is still incomplete and request to rectify was met with a snarky reply that the order was fulfilled on the day the first item was delivered, then further communication has been ignored. Contact number does not work. Another company using Covid as an excuse for poor service. AVOID!

They promote priority delivery if ordered before 5pm at a cost. I have suggested that they reduce the cut off time if they cannot fulfill their "promise" I needed the part for today and they failed and instead of keeping the customer happy and refunding the delivery charge and sending out the next day they wanted to refund the difference of… standard delivery and deliver it next week or wait until tomorrow and still have paid for the delivery that would have been 24hrs late! Not acceptable small family business or not! Regardless if it was 8 minutes before the cut off, the cut off Is there

Ordered a part from here, they sent the wrong one. I have emailed them half a dozen times now to which I keep getting automatically generated responses. this part cost twice as much as where I could get it anywhere else but they promised immediate delivery. I have tried calling them, no one answers the phone. I have a customer whose patience is wearing thin. I need to order another one from another supplier while I sort this calamity out. steer clear.

Ordered a Smeg oven door, to find when it was delivered that it was an updated part which required additional hardware to fit older models. Subsequent enquiries have found that other websites describe this issue whilst the Spares2Repair website made no mention of this. Upon going to order the additional brackets, the website wouldn't allow you to add both at the same time, only one or the other. I ended up having to make two orders to get the parts and pay two additional lots of postage. I have contacted them three times in the last three weeks, and they've failed to even reply.

Needed a ceramic grill clip for my Smeg grill. Checked compatibility with my specific model using website. Ordered. Delivered on time. Fits perfectly. Good service. Feedback would be to make the update Emails a bit clearer (but information is there if you read it). No complaints though. Will use company again.

Ordered an item on the 28/09/2020 and still haven’t received. I’ve left emails and no one has replied. SHOCKING. Every company I have ordered from during the pandemic has been able to deliver a perfect service, so there is no excuse. To have no phone service as well is just poor. Terrible company - still waiting on someone to get back to me so I can request a full refund.

This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a part for my fridge after sending all the details including a picture of the rating plate. I was sent the wrong part. No problem contacted the company and told to return by registered post and it will be replaced or refunded. The part was returned and signed for on the 21st… sept. Since then nothing. I have sent up to a dozen emails begging for a response to no avail. There is no contact available by telephone so reliant on emails.
