I've been executive with national for several years. Last month I had a flat tire on a major highway and national left me stranded on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. Two hours later, after contacting national several times with no feedback other than 'keep waiting' I gave up and took an uber to a hotel. Ten hours later I got a call from the tow truck driver, who had just gotten to the car. I have contacted National 10 times over the course of the past month but no one gives the first crap that they left me stranded. They sent me a bill for the full rental. They never

National Car Rental is reliable. They're conveniently located just outside the MCO Airport. I've been a customer of National for over 10 years.
They're vehicle selection and ease of getting out of the airport is exceptional. I simply walk up and choose my vehicle as an Executive Emerald Club Member.
We had our vehicle for 10 days. Our vehicle was brand new, less than 300 miles. Reliable and reasonable rates compared to other locations.
National supplied us with sanitizer wipes inside the vehicle. National had partnered with Clorox Safer Alliance to help create a healthier cleaner

I really thought a lot about leaving a review. I rent from this place every week and I am very disappointed. I remember having a fairly great options on the Executive Aisle. Not sure if there was a change in management, but lately they are no longer having nice cars on that aisle. I remember getting BMW, F150, and Audi back in between March and April. Seems like the management is refusing to get these back on that aisle. I understand the the airport being busy, but I have been able to get Expeditions, Audi, and other luxury cars in the Executive Aisle in other airports like Nashville. Being

I reserved a car for 6 months, however I travel home about once a month for about a week. My first trip was less, 18 days, so I turned n my car at IAD. I was given my receipt and the rate had increased substantially.
I could see this was my problem but the daily rate was shown and no warning for turning in early. The manager did adjust my bill and I was n my way quickly.
As this expense is paid by my government employer, we all benefit!
Incidentally the car was great!

10/17/20 WORST front desk service ever. Unfriendly and rude. Super rude in front of a whole line and did this with each customer. I'm spending $200 to drive your rental car for less than 48 hours and this is how your employee treats customers. Never again.

The airport location of National Rental Car (owned by Enterprise) is terrible. I had a month rental, I was in the hospital for Covid, I notified them I would be returning the car late and they started harassing me and calling me like crazy saying they would have me arrested for stealing the car (when they know I did not steal). I was sick, and I could not drive it back to them. I got NO use out of it, and Leland was like a collection agency. It was unbelievable. Despite me being Emerald Elite, and having spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them. They were awful. DO NOT USE NATIONAL. CHOOSE

Horrible customer service. When I went to return my car at 630pm, no one was at the facility, and the entrance to get in the lot was blocked by another car. They are now trying to charge me $700. Horrible customer service, I have never experienced anything like this.

Aaron in Enterprise/National Lost and Found at Orlando Airport is amazing! After I stupidly left a backpack with passport, laptop, keys, electronics etc in the back of a rental he called every single renter after me to locate the backpack. About 45min later he got a call from a customer who had found it! I got my backpack back with 100% of the contents in it. Thank you Aaron for going above and beyond for your customers. Highly Recommend!

I called for a two day extension that I was told would be 434 from 313 but when I turned the car in it was over 700. When I asked why so much they said I would have to call customer service to get straight. I have called all week! They keep saying someone will contact me. They even lied yesterday and said a Kevin would call me back in an hour.then today I spoke to an expeditor and they put me on hold and eventually sent me to an unknown voice mail box. This is terrible customer service. I am an emerald club member almost to executive in less than 6 which obviously means nothing to them.

Solid experience at this location. As an Emerald Club member I usually bypass the counter entirely, but this time we rented a car seat since we had our son with us and didn't want to bring ours with us. That part of the experience left a lot to be desired, as the selection of seats wasn't great and our son was too big for the style of seat that is actually appropriate for his age, which meant he had to be put in one that was too big for his weight. (Yeah, he's tall for his age - but we can't be the only ones in that situation.) The representatives weren't exactly helpful

This was such a great experience it's worth writing a review. Granted this is my first review I've written in a few years but that's how great it was.
I see some negative reviews on here from months or years ago and they don't seem relevant. i.e. one off experiences or people complaining just to complain.

In A Nutshell:

-One of the many benefits of having a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card is being grandfathered into National's Executive Emerald Club.
-This was my first time using this perk and it was a great experience.
-First, when you book at least a mid-sized car, you will get to choose ANY car that's in their "Executive Aisle".
-After arriving to the airport, I went straight to National and didn't have to stand in line, I just followed the sign to pick up my rental.
-When I got to the rental pick up area, again there was no line for me stand in.

I have rented from the National Car Rental in Orlando multiple times and - as an Executive Elite member of the Emerald Aisle - I find the experience to stack up well against the experience that I have with National Car Rental in airports all around the country.

However, the reason for my 5 star review today is that National Car Rental exceeded all my expectations in relation to a lost item. I recently visited Orlando on vacation and returned my car very early in the morning. Just completed my third rental at this specific location for 2018. Good selection of cars for Executive Aisle. I just reached Executive Elite and look forward to using those additional benefits.
I experienced some minor issues with my vehicle this time. No big deal but Ezra was very helpful and took the time to address the issues.

I'm at the level with National that I reserve a midsize car and I can take anything in the Emerald Aisle row. And today's selection at Orlando was top notch with everything from Impala's to full Tahoe's with blacked out windows and big pick up trucks. No convertibles, but I've seen them occasionally. Today, I chose a white Dodge Charger.

Orlando is a top notch airport for car rental with the garage right across from the baggage claim. No shuttle bus, no train. Just a short walk and here you are.

Signage is excellent - all the rental car company counters are right there
