Fantastic service from Penrose for a second time. He has recently drawn up plans for our extension following successful approval of a loft conversion with change from hip to gable roof and full length dormer. He comes recommended by the council as he has a thorough knowledge of what's likely to be accepted and guides you accordingly. Having used him twice I can honestly say we wouldn't go anywhere else now.
