This place seems to have gone down hill communication is very slow and when ordering custom workwear I really didn't feel confident that the lad was even listening to what I was saying doubt ill be back.

Horrible company. Do not oder of you live outside the UK!!! The absolutely worst customer service. Took over a month to get to me for something that was in stock and was told would only be a week. Finally get the pant and they don't fit, so here's more money and a huge pain to get back to the UK, take another month to get my money back. Tried talking to customer service, but she said the owners don't care and that just the way the want to run their business.
I should have looked at Snickers direct Google review in the states having horrible horrible reviews!!!!

Ordered Mascot Bib and Braces in an awkward size and unusual colour, I rang before ordering as I knew they'd have to order in, as is the case with 95% of all PPE companies. The lady in the phone was helpful and told me the exact day they would arrive, literally the very next day they receive stock then I'd receive my items. All in all it took 6 buissness days to receive my order. Will purchase more in the future from here.

Purchased some boots 25/07/2020 which don't fit, this happens no major problem "you'd think" try sending them back. Read there returns requirement followed instructions twice still have boots. 29/08/2020
I will have to ring and hassle them, Life is to short for this BS. I thought they where professionals.

I bought a pair of workboots on a BELGIUM website, Delivery time about 5 working day's it says. Suddenly I ended up with this company!?
Didn't knew then, ordered the boots i wan't, and paid. Until there everything went very smooth and quicly. And now, iam stil waiting. Eleven day's gone now.
Maybe i have to give the owner:Mr Graham Bernard Heap a phonecall to get things done?
Avoid!
I will update this review about how this wil end.
I'am dissapointed at this moment.

Completely Unprofessional and unethical, we contracted 18 staff to this company. Failed to pay wages, managers left personal and dishonest comments, violating GDPR guidelines. Made staff work during Covid and offering no forlough. 12 court cases and soon to be closed. Completely avoid! Dishonest behaviour.

I've used these guys for a number of years I order some more work wear last week and I had the fantastic help of Carol .
I called up and everything was done dusted and picked up the same day Carol was even able to get my logo applied same day too really great service.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality work wear.

AVOID!! I waited literally 2 months from signed return for shoes bought on the Safety Boots UK
site.
They’re tactic is simple - they ignore you!
The initial delivery is fine however if you need to return ....
I had to raise a proper PayPal dispute to eventually get my money back.
Customer service 0 out of 10
Absolutely no need to run a business like this.
