Absolutely FANTASTIC service.
Can't praise this company enough.
Had main sewer drain blocked.
After trying to clear for two hours....
Called OPC, as friend had used before, and said they were good.
Was worried as late at weekend and thought would be extortionate price.
Alex quoted reasonable set price... and arrived within half an hour of my call.
Wonderful!!!
Took him 5 mins to unblock!!
And he's a really nice down to earth friendly man. Easy to talk to.
Then he checked all other drains.
I had no money on me, so he said the company would ring me Monday to pay.
So many other companies

OPC were very professional and helpful in sorting a problem with our septic tank. I was really pleased with the customer service - they really took time to explain things to us so we could understand the problem. After bad experiences with another company, I'm really happy with how straightforward it was with OPC.

Watch out! This company charges for services that they do not provide, and then hounds you for payment, threatening debt collectors!
I booked OPC to empty my septic tank and do some high-pressure jetting. When I spoke to them on the phone, they told me the price to empty the tank and the hourly rate for the water jetting which was acceptable so I decided to proceed.
OPC then took two weeks to do the job and only turned up after chaser phone calls from me. The team that arrived were pleasant and professional and did a good job. They spent less than half an hour doing the high pressure jetting

Really, don’t bother. I emailed the company after being recommended by a surveyor. No reply. Phoned and was promised a call back. Nothing. Phoned again and was promised a call back. Nothing. Called another company a week later who came within the hour and sorted the problem, quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price.
