A beautiful bespoke driveway or patio area is the perfect solution to add value and kerb appeal to your property as well as giving you somewhere to relax when the weather allows. A resin bound driveway is made up of a natural stone aggregate mixed with a polyurethane resin. It can typically be applied upon an existing concrete or tarmac base, providing the old base is in good condition.
Here at West Yorkshire Resin Driveways we can install any style of block paving from traditional to contemporary sets or, more commonly plaspave 50's. Our tarmac is available in both red and black and looks stylish with a block border for contrast. We guarantee all our work for 5 years and do every job from start to finish, because of this we don't undertake work that only involves a tarmac overlay. Our work includes a full site excavation and a new hardcore sub base which is installed generally 100-150mm in depth.

The customer, based in Queensbury, chose a specific design with bespoke gates created and fit by Contact Fabrications Ltd. The property was a stone-built cottage dating back to the 1800's so the customer wanted to achieve a modern look without spoiling the character too much.
