Design3i is the best... Working with Ian on my new website, was an incredible experience. He knows web design far beyond what other designers know, and he is so open to share and teach you what he has learned. I read every article he had posted on his website and blog, learning as much as I could, o I knew what questions to ask when I met him. Ian made (what could be) a scary ecperience, really fun and informative.
