I’ve been a member of LifeLab for about a year now and would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys health and fitness. Each class feels like a small PT session and everyone else who attends is always really friendly and supportive. The trainers outline all the moves in each session and coach you through them, especially the tough ones! Each trainer that I’ve had has been amazing. Easy parking and great facilities for showering afterwards. You won’t be disappointed!

More than a regular gym. I’ve been taking part in small group training sessions here for over two years and will continue to do so. Challenging, varied and fun programmes allow individuals to fit exercise routines to their own abilities and goals by increasing weights or expanding range of movement accordingly. Whether at the outset of a weight-loss regime or approaching peak fitness for a marathon, life:lab provides the essential training ingredients to succeed. Try it and you won’t go to a mainstream gym ever again.

Having cancelled countless memberships at regular gyms over the last 20 years, finally I found a fitness concept that is worth every penny. Small group classes at life:lab feel more like personal training sessions as expert, passionate but personable coaches lead exercise content that can be tailored to an individual’s fitness levels and wider goals. All staff are warm and friendly, yet want the best for members and are prepared to push them to achieve it. At first the place made me fitter, then it changed my life.

Diverse, effective, and fun fitness content, brilliantly delivered by a team of coaches that cares about members' individual goals and requirements from sessions.
