Absolutely astounded by the lack of professionalism. Anthea answered the phone and just said "Hello". The next day I received a "property to rent" application form which was a scanned piece of paper. I felt it only right to return a proper Word document. Either these people still think it's 1970 or the person who owns the business really doesn't care. Very poor communication skills. Listening skills none existent. An astonishing lack of enthusiasm echoed by another reviewer.

I wanted to view a Farmhouse they had for renovation....firstly they answered the phone without saying "hello" so I sat for about 90 seconds while I could hear them typing but ignoring me. They they finally greeted me with all the enthusiasm of someone contracting Herpes. I tried to ask questions but the man was cold, blunt, uncommunicative and not remotely interested in talking to me. Monosyllabic, abrasive and rude would be a good description. Old school - don't like talking to women maybe? I told them I would leave it and will go direct to the vendor. How have you run a business for any length
