I'm Jo and I've been running Pads, Paws & Claws since 2005. I am reliable, professional and trustworthy and treat your pets as I would my own. Jo has looked after Millie, my cocker spaniel, since she was a small puppy of only 10 weeks old and she has looked after Millie for 12 years now. There is no other person I trust more with Millie than Jo and I always feel confident that Millie is being looked after - and obviously having a great time playing with her friends on the Common!

Services
Jo has been walking our Labrador, Ruby, to help us out with a very busy time in our lives having twins! She has been very reliable and has accommodated any changes that I have needed with Ruby's walk times/days. Jo has walked our dog Winnie for almost a year and has always been extremely reliable as well flexible with any schedule changes on our end.

Jo is an excellent cat-sitter. She’s reliable and trustworthy, sends regular updates and from the photos she sends when I’m away I can tell my normally quite shy cats like her too! She also goes out of her way to help - including once arranging to meet me at short notice as I had shut myself out of my flat and needed my spare keys! Highly recommend.

One of my cats is a nightmare, the other one less so. Jo got the measure of them both immediately and it was such a relief to see through her daily updates that they weren't completely furious that I'd gone on holiday. I was able to enjoy myself and not worry, and I would hugely recommend Pads, Paws & Claws to anyone looking for a petsitting service in future.

Our cats love Jo, they are scared of new people, but took to Jo straight away. Jo is reliable, kind and responsive - she keeps us very well informed of what is going on at home, with pictures & messages, which we love. It's great to have found someone so reliable and trustworthy, it allows us to enjoy holidays without worry.

I have been using Jo as my cat sitter for the past year and she has done a phenomenal job. She is trustworthy, reliable and highly responsive. She is very flexible if plans change and you can always count that she will never cancel. Jo always send pictures of my cat Bella when she comes to visit along with an update of how she is doing. She has a genuine concern for the animals in her care and always wants to ensure that I have got back home to Bella safely. If I am coming back from a holiday she always messages to check there has been no delays incase she need to pop in and check on her again

Jo has been an absolute hero for us. She looks after our BHS for us on weekends and longer holiday periods and means we can relax knowing our pet is being well looked after. Jo sends photo updates on each visit and our cat has clearly taken to her very quickly, enjoying play and cuddles with Jo. She is super reliable and we'd absolutely recommend her services to all pet owners.

Jo recently took care of our dog Rumple when we were on holiday in Scotland. I don't think Rumple wanted to come home! She and Jo's dog are now the best of friends. It's always hard to feel confident trusting the care of your dog to someone else but Jo put my mind at rest. I would be very happy to use Pads Paws and Claws in the future as. Highly recommended.
