If you are considering a new venture or are an established business seeking assistance raising finance, we can undertake business plans and cash flow projections and will liaise with your bank. We offer a full book-keeping package. We can offer tuition to manage things yourself on a day to day basis or write up your book-keeping records from core documents and also complete relevant VAT returns.
Whether you are a sole trader, partnership, LLP or limited company we prepare accounts to comply with the relevant legislation. For limited companies our package includes electronic filing of accounts with H M Revenue & Customs and Companies House. For unincorporated entities we will prepare your accounts and relevant claims to enable us to complete your self assessment tax return and log electronically.
