Warning!! Scam Company! do not purchase anything from these people! Very untrustworthy and unprofessional and would not rate them 1 star but I had to, very dissapointed with my experience with this 100% Scam company

They don’t have parts in stock but tells you after taking payments that it will be delivered soon but the part never arrives. Avoid at all cost

What woeful bad attitude. Can't even operate as the business enterprise they are estaished as.
I have twice purchased items from them and twice they have been faulty pieces of scrap.
Obviously upon return of the item they run whatever pathetic excuse they invent on the spot to not refund your purchase.
Instead they point to a pathetic attempt of a sign that explains their returns policy.
This is obviously part of the scam they run. Expect bad attitude, poor service and to be skanked if you are not one of the, or related to
to the indigenous natives of this area.
Standard operating scam artist

Scam company, took £2000 for a replacement engine over 4 months ago. No engine, bad language and lies from them. Now it's get a crime number and go through the court. Letting trading standards know too

Scam company with nothing but pathetic excuses as to why they can't deliver the service or part they promised. Paid hundred of pounds for a part. Initially told 2-3 days. A week later still not even left the company. Been told different excuses everyday for the past two weeks, it's in the warehouse then it's still in the car, something wrong with the part. Constantly being told to call back after lunch, call back tomorrow, the mechanic is off. Asked for a refund as I am losing out money everyday I don't have my car. When asked for a refund, they end the phone call. Avoid foreign car spares!!!!

Simply, they are cheating people to sell their products.
I used 1stchoice.co.uk to look for rear bumper (white colour), I received a quote from them, therefore I rang them to double check the colour, they confirmed the only part they have is white, so I placed an order straightforward.
Surprisingly, I have received a different colour!
I rang them again to send it back, but they claimed the colour is unguaranteed (even they confirmed that before placing the order), and they refused to admit their liability.
Apart from that, the person who I talked to was very rude and he drop off the call.

One of the best garages in Birmingham they replaced My estime 2.4 4WD Gearbox I travelled all the way from London to Birmingham to change it good service great value for money little bit pricy ..

I got a call from this company because I used car parts comparison site 1st Choice, I was looking for a wing mirror. The person calls and says he has the part available, I said, Great, I asked if it was metallic grey as requested he said I don't know but you can spray it easily, I then asked if he could send me photos, he said, "no no no, we don't have time for that" After that he called me a "time waster" which is far from the truth I'm ready to buy and install ASAP. I'm glad I picked up on the negative energy, he had a used car person demeanour.. Why would I buy a used car part like a wing mirror

Foul abusive con artists. Ordered part for delivery within 4 days. 4 days later they still cant decide which courier they used. When I asked to cancel they tried to charge £25 for carrage each way. When advised of distance selling regulations they didn't have a clue and I was met with threats of legal action and verbal abuse. I have claimed back through my credit card company instead.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Sent me the wrong part, which was actually in very poor condition and badly packaged. I have asked for a full refund and was asked why.. I stated I was not happy with the service and wanted my money back but was told they would charge me for delivery costs and 24% deduction for cancellation fee! The guy I spoke to was quite rude and abrasive about it. I definitely don't recommended this company

Please,Please, Please, be AWARE of this garage with unprofessional mechanics and supervisor. They even do not know what to do exactly (specifically with electrical cars) n just changing n replacing parts and parts without knowing exact issues. They will stuck n putt aside your car there for long period giving excuses,n charge u with lots of money… at last for parts and labour cost without solving ur issues. They will treat you then unfriendly. Please take photos of your car as a proof before sending your car there for service and try to be fixed ur car in ur presence. They could do lots

They should close down. Awful experience. All i did was input the car part i wanted on a quoting site, they called me with their quote, when i replied "no thank you", i was answered with "what were you expecting, £2.50 or something", before he even allowed me to reply he said "absolute time waster". Unbelievable. His was the highest quote i had been given, hense i knew right away i did not want to proceed!

Possibly the worst car company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Engine ordered 26/05 and was told it would be 4 days until delivered. 1 week later and no sign of engine so have attempted to contact company multiple times, given a different excuse every time and they have been unable to confirm the location or… existence of the engine, no photos etc. It is now 12/06 over two and a half weeks from order, no sign of the engine and absolutely no info from the company about the whereabouts of it despite having phoned them over 10 times in the past two weeks

They are bullies and outright LIARS. They sent a rubbish part which my mechanic says is trash. when my wife rang them they refused a refund even though we have a 3 month warranty and they bullied her verbally. And get this. My wife is 64 years old and suffering from bowel cancer. I am issuing a small claims summons against them. under no circumstances do any business with them my number is 07541891139 call me and I will give anyone the details. They are, thieves ,bullies and Liars

Ordered nsr handbrake cable, they said they'd sent but didn't give tracking number. Cable didn't arrive. They confirmed they'd send another, also ordered osr handbrake cable. Garage confirmed 2 cables arrived today, but they'd sent 2 osr. They obviously don't double check what they are doing. Can't get hold of them by phone as the number immediately disconnects. My car has been stuck in the garage over a week and I'm disabled, so I need it for essential purposes.
