Any insurance company can really only be judged when a claim is made. Sian has been helpful throughout a complex claim, during which we had a dispute with Zurich. Sian advised that we use amb's Technical Claims Service: having a loss adjustor working on our side, liaising with amb, Zurich and ourselves, helped to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Thank you amb.

After suffering a major flood I would personally like to thank and highly recommend amb insurance services Ltd, as well as Andrew and all the team.
They were on site within hours of my initial phone call, they have dealt with the loss adjuster from Aviva on my behalf and have negotiated a full settlement of my claim within 7 days.
The whole process from start to finish has been dealt with in such a professional manner and the service has been unparalleled to any other broker or insurer I have dealt with in the past, especially at such a stressful time.

very unprofessional and very poor service. Used them for two businesses and home insurance and over this time there have been blunders, a lack of help when something goes wrong and poor communication. The most recent problem is that i am expected to pay 8 months insurance on a business that doesn't exist. Will never use again.

I have used AMB insurance as my broker for over 8 years and would never consider going any where else. in this time I have had to make 2 claims, AMB did everything for me and in record time too. The claim was paid before the work even started.
They are the broker for a number of vehicles our home, and our businesses.

What a shambles!!!! At the renewal of our contents insurance they failed to tell me the policy had changed. We always ask for accidental damage cover to be included. They arranged this with Legal & General in August 2018 but forgot to mention that it doesn't cover anything that is intended to be portable!!!!! So watches, clothes, electronic equipment, personal items are not covered even if damaged in your own home are not covered!!!!! My ipad was accidentally damaged on the front door step to our house. Guess what? Because it was outside the four walls of the house that is another reason the accidental
