My van was hastily washed leaving mud all around the bottom, when the interior was cleaned it was barely cleaner after they'd finished, when I complained to the guy, his excuse was that it's very busy and my van was dirty... (probably the reason for my visit).
I have used them many times but standards and attitudes have definitely slipped and at £30, I won't be going back

I used to go here all the time post-COVID and they have always done a great job but then I stopped driving so much and kinda stopped looking after my car as well as I should… I have been here on 3 occasions over the past year and each of these times I have been unsatisfied with the cleaning. This time around specifically there was a large area of the dashboard that was completely missed (you can really see the difference in dust), underneath the wing mirrors entirely neglected and dirty to touch among other things. These guys were amazing. I was running late to catch a Ferry from Poole to Jersey and wanted to wash my car beforehand so I drove there and explained to the gents and they were super understanding and happy to wash our car immediately and to a high quality!

I use this place (used to now) for both our cars. My wife took one this time for the first time. Cars are always a mess...2 kids and a dog so we don't expect it to look brand new however rather than charging £20 they charged £35 showroom service. As you can see from the photos this is not good. Showroom service states seats get an extra clean...look at the state of it...anyway the dirt from kids shoes have now been wiped off using baby wipes.

This was my first time using the service but I have no desire to come back. Upon arrival everything seemed to go okay apart from that I wasn’t asked what service I wanted, they just started washing the exterior of my car. I was then ushered round to the dryers, this was fine and at this point I was finally asked which service I wanted. I told the gentleman that I would like the showroom service, he must have misheard or misunderstood because this is when things really didn’t go well. Would never recomend to anyone, waste of money.
This was my second time and it was worse than the first time. Thought maybe last time they have been to busy, so gave a second chance.
Unfortunately this time I was shocked. The quality of the cleaning was indescribably bad. Photos are attached.
Rather than focusing on the quality they would rather send many people at once to show how quickly they can clean the car. But the result are completely bad. Really disappointed and would never do any business with this place.

This is the best car wash place around. I've used many over the years, lived in London. It's because they spend such a long time cleaning your car as you make your way around the different cleaning areas. Brilliant low price as well.
