Perfect experience, Dennis listened to all of my requests and wishes, and correctly forwarded them to a chosen kitchen studio. They picked a really nice one, and since I don't speak such good German, they connected me with an English speaking agent. It was a really pleasant experience, the kitchen planner from the kitchen studio (Küchendeck Hamburg) was a very pleasant woman who worked with me for almost 2 hours until we reached the end result. It ended up with me being 100% satisfied and therefore decided to buy it.

The idea of kitchen advisor is good and the kitchen advisor agent was good in capturing our dream kitchen. However the main issue with the platform is that the providers of the actual kitchen are not curated by them. This means you end up being at the mercy of the kitchen studio being good or bad. The issue is that these kitchen studios have to bid for the job and its an easy acquisition and best profit for them . Our kitchen studio experience was terrible , first it was 95 km from where we live, then 20 mins before the appointment ( while we are driving ) we got a call from kitchen advisor that

I loved my experience with kitchenadvisor! The kitchen is installed now and looks really amazing! What I loved is that 1. I saved 10K euros - I went to the kitchen studio before kitchenadvisor and AFTER A HUGE DISCOUNT the price was 50% higher than what the guys at kitchenadvisor told me it should cost me. 2. i did not need to spend my personal time in planning a kitchen - they did everything for me after a 30 minutes call where they found out about my wishes. Loved the process, loved the service! I worked with Denis and he was amazing! I do not speak german very well and in all kitchen studios
