Unfortunately, we cannot offer an over-the-phone computer repair service. We encourage our customers to bring their machine to our computer repair workshop, where we can carry out a full set of free diagnostics tests to enable us to determine the root of your computer problem.
Every technical problem is different in its own respect, so we cannot be absolutely certain how much a repair or maintenance job will cost until we have carried out a full set of diagnostic tests at our workshop.All diagnostic tests are carried out free of charge. If you would like us to perform a set diagnostics tests on your computer please call to schedule an appointment to bring in the computer to our workshop.
