The Albany Club
The Albany Club is the hub of the Earlsdon community bringing you sport on TV, live music, Club & Social Events meetings & clubs, something for everyone! Come along and join us in a safe, warm and friendly environment that's great for the whole family. In what will surely be good news for all you foot tappers and shunters, our DISCO is now every Saturday at 8:00pm feat.

DJ SHANKSY. As always, entry is free for members and 2 for guests. We are also seeing the return of live Friday bands, and what a line up we've got for you! Advanced booking is advised. Everyone will now be asked for their membership cards either on entering the club or at the bar to show that they have renewed for 2021.
Services
The Albany Club is situated on Earlsdon Street amongst the main shopping area. The HISTORY of the club reveals it was built in 1899 as a coffee tavern, You can still order a coffee but refreshments these days are generally of a stronger variety. There are two bars on the ground floor, the main bar and our Lounge which hosts most of our live entertainment at the weekends.
Renewals are now closed. You will be asked for your card either on entering the club or at the bar to show that you have renewed for 2021. If you have missed the deadline, you may see the Secretary during office hours. Neither Committee Members or Barstaff can help with this! In accordance with the rules of the Club, both men and women over the age of 18 can now become full members of the Club subject to approval.
Here at the club we keep a small amount of confidential information about our members.

It's usually information that members have provided in the course of their application for club membership, such as their car registration if they have one and use our car park, their occupation so that they can be given the opportunity to quote for essential club services where available, their address so that we may write to them, or their email address for receipt of our newsletter.
We have the latest big screens in all our rooms and we show all major sporting events live on Sky and BT Sports plus all freeview channels seven days a week through our state of the art High Definition widescreen TVs and projectors with hi-fidelity stereo sound.

With our TV Matrix System we are able to screen three, sometimes four channels simaultaneously, although sometimes we can't show everything that is available and opt for the most popular choice!
Upstairs at the Club is our multi-function concert room where we host larger events, corporate gatherings, weddings, birthday parties, funerals and the like. This room is for hire 7 days a week subject to approval and availability. The room has it's own bar, it comfortably holds 180 people fully seated and is fully air conditioned.

Went here to watch The Stonehearts. A Coventry covers band. Had a brilliant night. Big bar and dancefloor. Plenty of seats. X4 toilets in the ladies. Everything in working order and clean. Would go here again for sure.

Sadly the club has been closed most of last year because of the pandemic so it is a great loss to all the clientele that used to frequent the music, the dances, the very good groups and the lovely Sunday lunches.
Can't wait for the normal times to arrive again.

Love the place! Had a cracking Sunday lunch there yesterday, a bargain at £7!
This was followed by watching England hammer France in the 6 Nations and plenty of Guinness to boot!! Proper place to just chill and catch up with mates or just read the paper. All in all my favourite place in Earlsdon🍻

Excellent club, really cheap prices .very clean hygienic and decor, it's a bit of a tardis looks small from its entrance ,but opens up inside with a bar and lounge downstairs upstairs a massive concert room.the entrance at street level is wheelchair friendly. Easily reached from the city centre on the number 5 bus route.car parking may be difficult due to the club being on a busy street.Bonus is the late evening taxi rank right outside the door
