Fantastic service from these guys, kept us in the loop through the purchase process. All the staff that we spoke to were really polite and helpful, any queries that we had were responded to efficiently. Danielle was the team member that we had most contact with and she provided superb assistance.

We recently sold our house through Lancasters, during a very busy period for sales in the area, and the experience was excellent throughout. Our sale went smoothly, and Lancasters definitely helped with this! Everyone was really helpful from the very beginning (valuation and advice from Ben) to the end (assistance and communication from Danielle) - we were supported and kept informed of progress the whole way through the process. We'd recommend them to anyone - the service is really outstanding and well worth the money paid (also, the photographer they use is excellent, which makes a big difference

When we started the process, we got 3 local estate agency to value our house and Lancasters stood out to us the most. Ben valued our house and didn’t pressure us into using them, or he did not use any dodgy sales tactics to get our business like one of the other local estate agency did. Ben valued our house professionally, gave us all the information we needed, and then gave us the time to think about whether we wanted to use them. There was no pressure from them at all

Having gone with a different estate agent first after being promised the earth, we went back to Lancasters. Needless to say, we should have gone to you first but hindsight is a wonderful thing!
Lancasters got us the price we were after and enabled us to move swiftly into the house we are now in. They dealt with a host of queries by viewers regarding the surrounding properties and brought plenty of viewers in, and a number of decent first offers.

It is almost a week now since my Dad's house sold. From the first visit when Ben carried out a probate valuation to my last email with Danielle the service has been matchless. Thank you to Dean doing the viewings, the photographer and all the office-based staff.

I've been house-hunting a few times during our 10 years in Bolton, and I have to say that these people are the best for keeping prospective buyers in touch with the market.
Lancasters hasn't been going that long -- less than the 10 years I've lived here, I would say -- but it has already established an excellent reputation, particularly towards the Horwich end of town. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they take a real pride in their customer service.
