Very good products, delivered on time.
The key for me with this company is customer service they are superb.
They went though the products I wanted showed me like for like for colour match if they were not in stock.
Ensured I had the correct measurements (idiot proof).
A couple of issues down to me, these were quickly resolved by the team.
All in all a great experience with a company that go the extra mile.
Yes I do recommend.

Very bad customer service received in the fleet store. Ordered 2 items not in stock with other goods that were in stock. When they came, they did not fit my particular door. When I drove to Fleet to return the ordered stock, I was made to look a fool and embarrassed in front of other customers by a bad tempered guy at the counter. (Not the normal friendly guy usually at the counter). After his ranting I pointed out my consumer rights but I was only offered less than 50% return on items. I will not be buying from this company again.

Excellent experience. We wanted to see interior door handles in the flesh and so visited their showroom. The proprietor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices were very competitive. We ended up buying everything we needed for twelve new doors.

One word EXCELLENT .I was searching for polished brass door knobs to fit rim locks. All the usual large concerns had nothing or were of poor quality. This companies website had many great reviews the site was easy to navigate good description of item and easy to purchase . The Knobs were delivered quickly and efficiently with good email updates.
