I wanted to book a stretch limo for my daughter's hen night. The price was good but I was unable to verify the business or people involved. They wanted £100 deposit and the rest paid in cash on the day. Before I paid the deposit, I asked for a copy of Ts&Cs or a contract or anything which demonstrated they were a valid business. Unfortunately Ram did not want to provide that.
A shame, because if this is a bona fide business, an application form and terms and conditions is the least one would expect.
I genuinely do not know if they are scammers - they simply have no way to verify that
