Liars and terrible customer service.
Purchased a motorhome from them earlier in the year.
I had a query about the service history of the vehicle. Shouldn't be an issue when you are spending £65,000 on a vehicle but it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Even had Sam lose his temper with me at one point, saying they have other customers to deal with.
The owner and Sam both ensured me that their service was good enough to keep my warranty valid.
Turns out they were wrong. I had to pay another company £400 to put it right. When I contacted them about this, they said they would get someone

Very impressive no fuss service from Lowe and Rhodes. We have just sold our Motorhome to them and the process from the initial phone call, honest valuation and offer and sale completion was excellent. We had an amazing experience from start to finish with both purchase and sale.
Sam was friendly and supportive-spot on with taxing, tracker set up and invoicing.
The "top bloke" award though goes to TREVOR.
Sam has the sparkle but Trevor gives the soothing reassurance that all is well and your nerves will be calmed when you first put your van on the road.
He made us endless cups of tea, was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about our new investment. We went looking on Sunday and by Thursday we had closed the sale of our van and took delivery of our new Bessacarr.

We bought a motorhome for Lowe & Rhodes in June, we were told it needed £2000 spending on it and we would have a nice motorhome. We had a habitation report done on the vehicle and was told it was full of damp and needed a new floor.
We took the motorhome to a specialist company to assess the damage and was given a rough quote of £8500 to get the repairs and damp sorted, we were advised to get our money back as the vehicle was not fit for purpose.
