Following my decision to switch my landlord Insurance, I contacted Matthew Southall who, after assessing my overall needs handed me to one of his experienced Account handlers.
To say the process was smooth is an understatement.
My long-term experience of obtaining insurance is one of seemingly endless call backs and – check this / check that requests – all of which I often find myself in a laborious loop of finding out information I don’t always find possible to envisage the reasons this detail is required.
I found none of these issues whilst dealing with Southall Harries.

Southall Harries look after all of my business insurances and have done so for around 10 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ive been with Matt since I started my business 5 years ago where he gave me some great start up advice. I can totally rely on him and trust him with all of my Commercial and Fleet insurance.
