Auto Logistic Solutions (ALS) was formed in 2010 when the founder, Kyle Harris, parted company with Britannia Accident Assist. With 3 key staff members ALS began to grow quickly, doubling in size within the first year. Even feel like one star is pushing it. On the recommendation of a friend we used ALS; honestly it was more infuriating and harder work than going through our own insurer. I was told it would be hassle free and they’d sort everything. No chance.
I sent the requested ID info email 4 times because their system doesn’t link emails and the person I originally sent it to was off and they couldn’t access their email and then they were struggling to open the images. I was then asked to send it via WhatsApp, again to be told they couldn’t open the iPhone photos. Off my own back I had to reformat

Extremely poor service. Another car hit and immobilised my vehicle. I submitted my no-fault claim to Auto logistics on Friday. They said they would immediately take the car to a garage and provide a courtesy car. Its now Tuesday and they have failed to even contact me back. After calling them up they now state "I must contact my insurer and they are struggling with the liability of the claim". Absolutely ridiculous, and my vehicle is still stuck at the incident scene. They clearly don't care for there customers.

Recommended to contact the company in question for a no fault accident. Was slightly skeptical at first due to never having an accident (thankfully), but decided to take the plunge. The company were A* from start to finish. Their contact over the phone was simple and straightforward. They were always on hand to answer my "silly questions". They kept me informed throughout the duration, and I'd say turn around to having my car registered with them, to having it checked over by an engineer, booked in and fixed took a total of 3 weeks. Fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better service. The advisors over the phone were always super understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable. The hire vehicle was delivered down to me the following day (I live 200 miles away from there depot!) The repairs undertaken I cant fault, its like having a brand new car again! I used this company after someone hit my car in a car park. I just had to give them a few details over the phone and then I sat back while auto logistic solutions sorted everything out for me. I was supplied with a lovely clean courtesy car and the garage they used to complete the repair work were exceptionally professional and did an amazing repair job. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My car was recently rear ended by another driver and for the best part off the day it was chaos until I spoke to the staff at ALS they literally handled everything regarding my claim and supplied me with a courtesy car for the duration my car was unroadworthy. I received a settlement cheque threw the door within 2 weeks off my incident and my car is good as new and back on the road. Very happy the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Sophie was amazing she kept me in the loop with all the developments and genuinely cared and wanted to help. Terrible experience! Had an accident match 2018, hire car was offered, no papers where handed to me to sign on collection of the car, asked several times if there was anything I needed to sign advised not. Unfortunately due to bad weather the hire car suffered some minor damage to the bumper, advised ALS of this asap, went to drop the car off and… was forced to sign some papers before she would hand my car keys back to me. I then hear nothing from them until last week, so nearly a year ago when they send me a bill for the hire car that I never signed the correct papers for! Disgusting customer

Terrible experience. Called them (accidentally after a Google search for our insurance company) following a non-fault accident. Provided a courtesy vehicle, but then took 4 MONTHS to make final payment! (Yes this was partly due to the fact our vehicle had outstanding finance, however after this was explained to me, arrangements were made with… finance company (by me) to resolve this - ALS never called them & after 6 weeks with no progress or contact to finance company I removed the arrangements.) My claim has been dealt with by Cheryl Bolton from A L S it’s hard to find enough good things to say about her and the Company so efficient and so experienced , every aspect dealt with almost immediately . So happy my friend referred me to ALS. I had a horrible experience in my accident I was really upset and stressed with what had happened. ALS took care of everything for me which put my mind at ease. I recently used this company to help with serious damage caused to my car ( while parked ) they are amazing ! My claim was handled by Cheryl Bolton who is just fantastic she arranged for a courtesy car to be delivered the following day and for a cheque for the damage to be sent to me within 10 days .
