As a professional furniture remover and self storage facility owner I have never felt so insulated as I have done today being spoke to buy one particular member of staff here who suggested I unload my vehicle in the rain on to trolleys and wait a hour for my customers to arrive and let me in to there EMPTY and UNLOCKED storage unit and when another member of staff came up with a better idea ie. calling the customer to see if I was indeed acting on her behalf as suggested buy the fact I had her name unit number, possessions and the identity of the member of staff she had talked to that morning she
