My partner and I were looking to move back to Wales and were lucky to find a property we liked so quickly through Homelink. The entire experience from viewing the property completion of all paperwork and transfer of monies was easy and as stress-free a move as I've ever known. All our queries sent to Homelink were dealt with promptly and sufficiently.
I used Homelink for the first time this month. I found them to be very informative and willing to give any guidance on the property itself. They were very friendly and helpful at all times. Everything was organised very quickly and it only took a matter of days for them to find me a tenant. I certainly found it beneficial to have someone do all the legwork for me as I work full time.
Homelink Property Management Service is there to take the worry out of letting your property when you are abroad. .... cannot believe how unprofessional and against their tenants are.
totally IGNORED our issues, but kept money from our tenancy agreement for something that classifies wear and tear (the issue was a small rip of probably 5cm of the linoleum when moving appliances around) . in all honesty, the landlord never invested anything in the house, i supposed the new flooring should be covered somehow.... or during our 1 year tenancy the boiler was constantly breaking down...last Christmas we barely had any hot water of heat for 2 weeks. and then it was leaking...

I have been renting from this company for over two years now.
There were a few issues at the start, the woman showing me into the property on the day I moved in was unable to tell me which electrical meter box was mine, and they hadn’t taken an electrical meter reading. They began emailing me demanding a meter reading, to which I told them I couldn’t give them one until they told me which box was mine, they wouldn’t (or couldn’t because they didn’t have a clue) tell me, and so I took photos of every box on the building and told them to figure it out themselves, which they eventually

Were currently in the middle of winter I suffer from c.o.p.d I've had no heating for a couple of days now been reporting the issue and had no reply or response from the agents. This is a breach of the landlords/agencies agreements to provide suitable accommodation with adequate heating and hot water. Please stay well clear of these
As of today 08/05/2021 I have woken up to rain coming in through the roof and ceiling im in a 1 bedroom property and the only dry room I have in this property is ironically the bathroom, I have withheld my rent due to repairs not being completed or even looked at for

I rented through homelink for approx 4 years. Always a professional friendly and prompt service. Staff always responded to phone calls and emails and any issues were dealt with quickly.
