️I couldn’t say enough about the customer service I received this morning from the lovely Orla. She was extremely knowledgeable in all things equine and nothing was too much trouble. I really felt like I was the only person in the store. Every retail outlet needs an Orla and I thank you for your excellent service. ⭐️

Drove from Galway to buy a saddle for my son. Had a second hand one picked out from their website but was told it was sold over a month ago but they are to busy to take it down from the website.
Told her my budget was €750ish but was told they dont have anything that cheap and they only do higher quality saddles, so I went to berney brothers saddlery not to far away and got a brand new jumping saddle and all accessories for €1150.
3 staff working and the shop was pretty busy. Very disappointed as we were regular online customers.

Unorganised and messy store. Hard to discern between male and female section as they were mixed. Sale items were not tagged and mixed in with general items. Finally a found a nice shirt that I was told was on sale by three different sales assistants but when I went to pay there was an issue. When they went to manually change the price, a manager appeared and said there was no sale at all despite being tagged on a mannequin. No apology and manager was rude. As someone who has visited homestead many time’s over the years, I am left very disappointed. Due to my treatment, I left empty handed. My

This place is a gem! My wife and I were treated to this very nice tack store by our friends that train jumpers in Ballina. The inventory is awesome and the staff is very cordial and knowledgeable. My wife bought way more than she had anticipated and quickly ran out of luggage room to get everything back home to New Mexico, USA. Thankfully shipping all of the clothing and tack home was no problem for the staff and was very affordable. These guys ROCK!
