Held a bday party at big sky yesterday looked after by Codie. Codie is Very friendly and informative however it felt super rushed, 20 min before end of the party it felt quite unwelcoming because it's a two hour party only and were reminded of this by three staff, then my wife was rock climbing with children and staff came to remind her the two hours ended although we were well aware just trying to finish all kids climbing for nice experience it wasn't closing time nor party after ours. Party bags were included in price however non were given to any children. Face painting was paid for however

The location is big enough, so you may lose yourself inside. Therefore, you can have a lot of fun!
Pros:
- The location is big, so you may need some time to get bored;
- Attractions are available for various ages;
- You can sit at a table & eat/drink;
- Beverages can be purchased from inside;
- The personnel is ammable & friendly;
- Free parking.
Cons:
- The entry price doesn't include any drinks, or food;
- The beverages are quite pricey;
- There are no lockers (at least to my knowledge);
- The restroom may need some refurbishing.
All in all, I recommend.

The biggest soft play area I have been to so far. What a fantastic place!! Children of all ages will find it amusing, cause there are designated corners with specific interests, toys and equipment. Very impressed :) we had a birthday party booked, and although we weren't in a separate room the kids enjoyed themselves very much. Running around, colouring, playing with their host dressed up in one of the disney characters. Then had a hot buffet, drinks and cake. Will definitely come again some time!

First time at Big Sky, we normally go to Play2Day in Wisbeach. We were pretty impressed with it. Its clean and the staff are friendly and great with the kids. Reason I've only given 4 stars is because the music was WAY TOO LOUD, you literally had to shout to be heard by the person sitting next to you. If you have noise sensitive children I'd recommend headphones or finding a quieter venue. The other thing that was a bit annoying was having to say "no" to my grandson who wanted to go on all the "extra" amusement machines, which were £1 a time. First visit to big sky today with out 17 month old daughter. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful and everything was clean and ready to be used. Lots of space and not crowded at all so it meant that there was lots of room to play. A great way for our daughter to interact with other children too with great facilities! Will definitely visit again x

I was so impressed with Big Sky today. It is a beautiful, big, bright and airy, fun play place for the kids. The free climbing wall and lazer tag games were such a nice touch, as was the staff playing musical statues with the kids and a massive game of hide and seek! Our children’s ages ranged from 5-11yrs and they were all very busy and content they whole time. The food was tasty and great portions and the free pirate face painting went down a treat too! The place was also really well-staffed (which is rare these days!) and this made a massive difference to the whole experience. The staff were

Went there with 7 kids and of course they had fun but it was still small area. The food prices kinda expensive and some of the staff members were rude to one of them smaller ones. But as long as the kids were happy I'm happy.
