With nearly 300 years of history and a passion for country wear, country life and equine, Parnaby's is now under new ownership in the same characterful building in the rural market town of Malton in North Yorkshire. Parnaby's will continue to offer their centuries old saddlery service on the premises alongside saddles, leather work, equine and canine products.
We are also introducing carefully sourced products from suppliers that carry a similar heritage to ourselves. In addition, we can arrange saddle fitting through our association with a local saddle fitter. We pride ourselves in providing the finest quality unique and thoughtfully selected clothing, footwear, accessories and gifts that allow us to retain our proud British heritage.

One word for this shop....Perfect.
The quintessentially English country store and saddlery.
I have purchased before from Parnaby's, but only by phone, so to take a trip there was great.
Selling all the well known brands, and a few less known, there is something for everyone.
If first impressions count, then the window displays only give you a small taster of what lies beyond the door step.
Dogs are welcome, and are made welcome.
For my two, it was like having personal shoppers too. They were as important to the staff as we were.

Parnabys staff pot me in touch with Ellie a saddle fitter and she came to check my saddle. I was very impressed with Ellies knowledge. professional approach and lovely nature. I was given some really good advice to help me with my youngster and have found her advice has improved my and Speedys riding. She was not a pushy salesperson and I was able to retain my saddle with minimal improvements. I have recommended her to other people. Thankyou Parnabys and thankyou Ellie
