Company is excellent , apart from delivery service DHL , paid for next day delivery and DHL have given me 3 emails with delivery slots and 3 days later still waiting for delivery , so going into number 4 day now , which has put me off using r- tec equipment- takes to long to arrive - thanks to DHL , To much messing you around?

Approaching 40yrs old and have never written a single review for anything!!! . Felt the need to on this occasion as the after sales customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced anywhere for anything in any service!! We had issues with the equipment which was down to our misuse from what I can gather, however they gave us a loan plasma cutter whilst the other was rectified. They couldn’t have been more helpful. @ Ben Wiltshire.

Very disappointed in the after-sales support we received after notifiying R-Tech of a fault in our recently purchased compressor. Fault was notified on 26th August and it took until 7th September for a repair to be carried out. The repair addressed the fault but not the subsequent oil contamination throughout the machine, rendering it unusable… within our business. The only resolution offered was a set of filters FOC which still leaves us without a fit for purpose compressor. We now need to replace this machine at our own costs. R-Tech pride themselves in their high level of customer service

Bought a compressor in December, detected major oil leak in August. Took from 26 aug until 7 September before anyone came out. I said from start the amount of oil contamination had rendered the machine unfit for my purposes, my entire workshop needs re piped due to oily contamination. They fixed the oil leak after weeks of downtime but the oil remains in receiver tank meaning the machine is useless to me. This has had a major impact on my business and going forward I will have to make this investment for the second time in 10 months. They seem happy to leave this unresolved.

So my sealey packed up at the weekend and after a massive struggle with sealey the best they could offer was a two week turn around. So I threw it in the bin.

Excellent service and advice. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in my lifetime. A rarity in this day and age. I ordered the MIG-180 which arrived the next day. It was packaged very well. The machine is robustly built with obvious care to quality. It functions as well as a beginner like me can determine. It's clear from my experience why the R-tech machines are so popular with the local crowd. Highly recommended!
