Robert and the team did an excellent job of my car. They were very thorough and careful and used a range of great products that didn't affect the protective coating on the car. Kingston Car Spa was established to help fill the gap in the market for quality vehicle valeting and detailing. We wanted to create a place where a "quick wash" was never a basic run over, we wanted even our standard wash to be to the highest standards and use the finest chemicals. It is our mission to help look after your vehicle and our quality customer service is paramount.
Below is a list of answers to our most common questions however if you have any questions that aren't covered below, please don't hesitate to get in touch. You should aim to wash your car at least twice per month to maintain the paintwork finish and reduce the chances of corrosion. We use only the finest PH neutral chemicals available on the market and always strive to offer natural alternatives to harsh products where available.

Ruined my front bumper, unfortunately I only noticed it on a gas station over a hundred miles away on my way to Europe and didn’t have time to go back.
UPDATE: Went to a paint shop, they immediately assumed this was a result of high pressure manual washing, that can easily shear varnish like that when done improperly.

As prestige as they may claim, they left my 21 plate BMW with 3 tiny chip marks and 2 other tiny scratches on the bonnet this morning. It certainly wasn’t there before I left. I noticed it 5 mins later when I got home and parked up from the car wash. Unless something fell from the sky it definitely came from the car wash. Maybe their washing technique is incorrect or small stones were caught up in their cloths? I’m also amazed how the guy looked at me in the end when I told him he forgot to do the tyre dressing. It literally says including tyre dressing on the wall for the £7 wash.

Not only did they do a great job valeting my car but also helped me in the midst of a damsel in distress moment! Unfortunately discovered I had a flat tyre whilst there and the nice guys they are did absolutely everything they could to help me get home safely. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Very professional, and loved that there was also a waiting room for customers 👍🏻
