Services
Many horizontally-opposed Porsche engines have used an intermediate shaft that is driven from the crankshaft via a timing chain. The camshafts are driven off of the intermediate shaft via timing chains as well. Up until the M96 engine, a pressure-fed plain bearing lubricated by engine oil was utilized.

Our workshop technicians and key staff are trained up to a high standard, allowing us to service, repair and diagnose all faults using our knowledge and state of the art diagnostics equipment. We are able to carry out diagnosis and servicing on all Porsche, Audi and Bentley, up to present day models.
We're all doing things a bit differently these days and at Brookspeed it's no different. We're focused on the safety of our customers and workforce, taking all reasonable and possible precautions. At our Brookspeed sites, we have measures in place so you can visit our workshops whilst we follow additional hygiene and distancing procedures.

I recently acquired a 2008 Cayenne, lovely car but a fairly long list of niggles. I booked in to Brookspeed with Simon King and was completely overwhelmed by the transformation him and the team have made to my car. It now runs and drives like new and is a car to be proud of. This would not have been possible for my budget anywhere else other than with Simon and his team at Brookspeed. A massive thank you and complete recommendation

My Partner + I have been thinking about a Porsche for a while now, we looked and found Brookspeed. Rob Lang + Ian were a joy to do business with, we met some great people on the day, everyone at the garage was polite + helpful + gave us 5* treatment. I have to thank Rob for a stress free experience when sorting out payment, we travelled to the area to view our car but would go back to their garage to buy from them again. Super people, really enjoyed the few hours at the garage with Rob + the team being surrounded by such beautiful cars...thank you guys...

Thanks to Rob and Lisa for providing me my dream car, for what was relatively very well priced. I had an independent inspection from Porsche Inspections and they helped validate what a good standard the car was maintained to, which Lisa did say!

I recently traded our Range Rover Evoque for a slightly larger 2012 Porsche Cayenne from BrookSpeed. Rob Lang, who I personally delt with at the time, was exceptional, and really made the whole buying process so easy and stress free. Likewise, everything we agreed prior to the trade in was as agreed, with absolutely no funny business.

We were travelling with our Porsche Cayenne from Guernsey to the Eurotunnel and half way there we developed a fault which made the car unable to be driven which wasn’t great as were on our way to Mallorca. Being unfamiliar with the area we had no idea who to call for help and phoned a few Porsche service centres with absolutely no luck, they were all busy for weeks! Then we found Brookspeed who were absolutely brilliant! They advised us who to call to have the car collected from the M3 and fitted us in straight away. They managed to order the parts quickly and car was all sorted later that day

I've been using Brookspeed for about 5 years now, initially to maintain (And then sell on my behalf) my 996 Turbo and now to maintain and upgrade my current 996 Carrera 2. Over the past 5 years they have always been there with a friendly greeting (Janine is just fantastic!) and boundless help, advice and experience and I've always found them to go beyond my expectations (Despite always handing me invoices that seem to be slightly less than I had been expecting!)

I have owned a 2005 996 Turbo S for 5 years and have only ever been to the main dealer to maintain the stamps in the book. It was over due a Major service with plugs and also diff/gearbox oil change and I got a very high quote from the main dealer. It was not only the price that put me off the main dealer, but also on my last visit, my car looked about 10 years older than anything else they were working on and I couldn't help wondering if they had the expertise needed to work on mine. I found Brookspeed online and asked around a few friends who vouched for them being a respectable service agent
