The National Online Recruitment Awards are entirely dedicated to the continual improvement and evolution of the Candidate-Experience. Throughout the past 21 years we have seen the focus of progressive employers, recruitment firms and job boards change to recognise that. The NORAs views the recruitment sector from the perspective of the jobseeker, and aims to shine a light on the very best examples of excellence in our industry.

The NORAs now has a long history, in an online recruitment sector which hasn't been in existence for very long at all. Our awards have been held annually since 2001, and in that time we have received over 500,000 nominations, shortlisted 723 Finalists, and presented 192 NORAs. Some exceptional websites have been multiple winners, and some of the earliest sites no longer exist.
This year we received over 9,732 nominations for 534 separate recruitment websites, which our Shortlisting Judges will then reduce to the Finalists you will see in each award category. Our separate final judging panel will then assess all Finalists from a job seeker's perspective, and select our 2021 Winners.
Tickets for the 2021 NORAs are now available to book here - including Early Discounted tickets. As you might expect, the format for this year's event will be back to our regular venue in London, but still quite different. We will host our live and in-person event, pandemic permitting, and will of course observe every measure to ensure the safety of all attendees.
The NORAs have now been in existence for 20 years. In that time, we have shortlisted over 440 separate recruitment websites as Finalists for our annual awards. These websites, as nominated by the public, and shortlisted by us, represent the very best in our industry each year, in each of our award categories.
Each year we produce a set of graphics, which can be used for a variety of purposes, including press & PR, nominations, winners and finalists. Please contact us directly for any variations on these. These graphics may not be altered without the express permission of The NORAs, and must always include a hyperlink to the relevant page announcing the finalists or winners.
