Hi, I'm Chris, the senior member of the sales team and I'm extremely proud to be part of the family business. I am the sales valuator, senior negotiator, viewing assistant, floorplan creator, video editor and board erector. My spare time is sparse but filled with kids, cooking and sport. I have been working in the Lettings industry since 2011 and in Sales since 2018.

5* Fantastic service. We sold our home with Henrys Simms and they were excellent. Chris came to complete the valuation and paperwork which was all clearly explained to us. We used Henry Simms after not being happy with the service from another estate agents. They were like a breath of fresh air. They really support you through the process and really advocate for you. It's a personal service where nothing is too much trouble. They kept us up to date and helped us make decisions that were right for us. Customer service is second to none and I recommend to everyone. It really is 5 out of 5 from us. At last, an estate agent who genuinely cares and knows the stresses of moving home.

Why a 1 Star review, well any estate agent that doesn't care about how there tenants effect those around them. As long as they get there money, who cares. Based on this they really don't deserve a rating higher than this do they. I only gave a 1 star as i had to.
After reporting there tenant for the noise well into the early hours, they do nothing. So me and my family have to lose sleep due to this letting agents tenant.
And yes I've gone around knocking on the door, multiple times, no answer.
So thanks to this letting agents my life is disrupted, my family's life is disrupted.
