Terrible! DO NOT USE. So incompetent. Firstly they happily accepted my claim as it seemed like an easy one to solve. Their service seemed good and pleasant at first, then they started to contact me after a couple of months, when I was told to expect a call within a few days or couple of weeks. They then apparently transferred my case (WITHOUT ASKING ME) to 'hawker Jones solicitors' which were even more useless. In the end my claim fell through because of them wasting mine and the MIB's time. I had to call to see what's happening with my case as they did not update me and MIB had said that they

Some of them even told me that "you are unable to get a settlement".
