Services
NRS Group roots began when Noel Regan and Sons were founded in 1973 by Noel Regan Snr. After working within the construction trade, he decided to set up on his own to provide Civil Engineering services to a range of sectors. In 2011, as part of a rebranding exercise, the business name "NRS Group" was registered.
NRS Group specialises in delivering packages in the region of the value of 20m. Delivering either specific elements of an overall project or offering turnkey delivery using the majority of our own in-house personnel. See below for our individual services which can combine to deliver complete projects, limiting risk by reducing the number of contractor interfaces.
Building Construction (including Construction Management) has evolved, and our growth in this area has seen the delivery of a range of projects on a design and build and build only basis. Our portfolio to date includes Industrial & Commercial Units, Retail and House Building (Ireland only).
Operating as the Principal/Main Contractor we have built up our experience and refined our operations for effective management of subcontractors, sourcing of additional labour where required, and establishment of a tried and tested supply chain to help successfully deliver projects time and time again.NRS are able to offer our clients a complete turnkey package in relation to design and build.

NRS Group undertakes a broad range of Civil Engineering projects & packages including Enabling Works, Ground Works (including Foundations, Drainage etc), Roads & Bridges, Flood Defence, Land Fill, Cable Civils & Public Realm works amongst others. Our clients represent a range of sectors from Public Contract to Product Manufacturers who operate an in-house EPC model, for example.
NRS Group has its established Power Solutions Team who are capable of delivering Electrical Balance of Plant packages within LV, MV & HV substations - upto 400KVA. We have built up a proven track record since its inception in 2015.
Having begun working for Scottish Power delivering civils packages within High Voltage Substations, the opportunity arose for NRS Group to build its team and position ourselves as a unique provider in the market, possessing the inhouse capability to deliver a turnkey service for Substation builds and upgrades.Our experience in this market has seen interest in NRS Group grow significantly in recent times with high profile opportunities.
